We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product.
We are happy to accept returns for faulty items only.

Please email us at hello@smithkitforever as soon as possible if you believe your product has arrived damaged or faulty. Include as many details as possible about the issue with the goods, including a photo. Items must be returned in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot refund products that have been used.

Please note that it can take 5-10 business days to process a return.
