We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. We are happy to accept returns for faulty items. Please email us at hello@smithkitforever as soon as possible if you believe your product has arrived damaged or faulty. Include as many details as possible about the issue with the goods, including a photo. Items must be returned in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot refund products that have been used.

Please note that it can take 5-10 business days to process a return.

I am currently testing out a few different products to clean and fill in any scratches
that are inevitable with all clear palettes. I will share my findings soon!

In the meantime, here are some tips on how to take care of your SMITH KIT palette.

• General cleaning: Wipe down polycarbonate surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. You can use a mild soap and water solution if necessary. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can scratch the surface.
• Heat resistance: Polycarbonate is heat resistant up to about 265°F (130°C). However, it is best to avoid exposing polycarbonate to high heat for extended periods of time, as this can damage the material.
• Chemicals: Polycarbonate is resistant to most chemicals. However, it is best to avoid using harsh chemicals on polycarbonate surfaces, as these can damage the material.
• Sunlight: Polycarbonate is UV resistant and can be safely exposed to sunlight. However, prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause the material to yellow over time.
